Did you know that there are 220+ January 6th Political Hostages currently held in various Correctional Facilities throughout the United States of America? While the landscape of our detention has shifted since 2021 as most of us are sentenced and serving our time in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the core facts of our cases remain unchanged. We are proud, patriotic American's being unjustly confined within our own Nation. We have been overcharged and over punished. We have had our Constitutional, human and God-given rights trampled on.
There are 1,350+ January 6th defendants. These defendants hail from every state in the Nation. We encourage you to get to know your local sixer in your community. These are fellow American citizens who, just like you, felt compelled to make their voices heard on January 6, 2021 only to be persecuted by the federal government. Write to your local sixer and let them know that you stand beside them, are committed to shouldering their burden until the injustices are corrected and they emerge on the right side of history.

Approximately 769 individuals have pleaded guilty to a variety of federal charges, many of whom faced or will face incarceration. 152 individuals have been found guilty at contested trialsAnother 36 individuals have been convicted following an agreed-upon set of facts.

Judges have ordered prison time for nearly every defendant convicted of a felony and some jail time to about half of those convicted of misdemeanors.

Approximately 859 federal defendants have had their cases adjudicated and received sentences. Approximately 497 have been sentenced to periods of incarceration. Approximately 164 defendants have been sentenced to a period of home detention.
